Q.    What are the ingredients used in Brave Soaps? 

BRAVE Soaps are created with only the best quality of natural products to ensure skin safety on all skin types. Soaps contain Cocoa Butter, African Shea Butter, Glycerin, Castor Oils, and Lavender Oils. 

Q.     Can BRAVE Soaps be used on all skin types? 

Yes. BRAVE Soaps do not contain any harsh chemicals to allow for use on all skin types. As with all new products, it is advisable to check on a small area of skin before main use. Some essential oils contain potential allergens that may cause adverse reactions in some individuals. If a customer has a known sensitivity to an ingredient or allergen, it is their responsibility to check the ingredients list of the product prior to purchase.

Q.     How can I make a purchase?

To make a purchase click the 'Shop' link at the top of the webpage. Select the soap that you wish to purchase. Add the item to your cart. Click 'Checkout' to fulfill your payment. Input the requested information and submit. Do not exit the page until you have seen the confirmation page. 

Q.     Can I do a return/exchange of products? 

Due to the nature of our natural soap products, we can not accept any returned items or process any exchanges.  Nonetheless, your satisfaction is our priority, so in the event that you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us via email at online-shop@bravesoap.one and we will work with you. 

Q.     How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days after your order has been placed. After your order has been shipped from our facility, you will recieve the tracking information via email. Shipping typically takes 5-7 days to arrive. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once the product has left our facility.
